Refund Policy
At Adventure Collections, we want you to love what you’ve ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’ve made the returns and refund process simple. Here’s what you need to know:
Faulty Items and Warranty
We hope everything arrives in perfect condition, but if you do happen to receive something that’s faulty, please get in touch with us straight away at adventure@adventurecollections.com. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund – whichever works best for you. All our items are covered by a warranty for 12 months, so don’t hesitate to reach out if something goes wrong.

Change of Mind Returns
We know that sometimes a change of heart happens! If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unused, in the original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy – just email us at adventure@adventurecollections.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll send you the return address, and please make sure your item is packed safely so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will go back to your original payment method, and it usually takes about 7-10 business days to show up in your account. Please note that original shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Shipping and Tracking
We’ll make sure your order is shipped out as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details once it’s on its way. If you have any issues with delivery, don’t hesitate to contact the courier directly. If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to help you sort things out.
